Q: Does Superior Search Group charge a candidate any fees for their service?
A: No. All placement fees are paid by our client companies; there is NEVER a fee either for meeting with us or for being placed with one of our client companies.
Q: Why use a recruiter?
A: Due to the high costs of advertising, only about 20% of all current openings are publicly advertised in places such as job boards, newspapers, or trade publications. A good recruiter works closely with hiring managers and with multiple companies every day. They are aware of many opportunities that may not be widely publicized and can provide valuable insight when interviewing

A: In a competitive job market we certainly cannot guarantee a candidate that we have a position for them or that any company that they interview with will hire them. We can assist them in their search and/or provide valuable unbiased feedback on their resume or interviews skills.
Q: Do you write/create resumes for candidates?
A: We are not a resume service but we can provide beneficial feedback on writing resumes, suggest useful resources, and assist with writing thank you letters to client companies.
Q: How can I be assured that Superior Search Group will protect my confidentiality as a candidate?
A: We take our obligation to maintain a candidate’s confidentiality very seriously and we will not do anything to jeopardize your confidentiality. We realize that while searching for other opportunities a candidate needs to maintain a commitment to their current employer.
